1. Engineering Scope & Deliverables
All development contracts, SaaS engineering projects, and cloud VPS deployments are governed by mutually signed Statements of Work (SOW) defining clear milestones, deliverables, tech specifications, and acceptance criteria.
2. 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty
Every production web application or SaaS platform deployed under a contract includes a 30-day post-launch warranty covering defect remediation, bug fixes, and critical stability maintenance for all deliverables included in the original scope.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full contract payment, full intellectual property rights, repository ownership, deployment keys, and production assets are transferred to the client, unless specifically designated as open-source or proprietary licensed libraries.
